Standup Target Painter I (structure equipment)

The Standup Target Painter is an electronic warfare system that uses Upwell Proprietary Weapon Navigation Technology to project an electronic "tag" onto the target ship, effectively increasing the signature of the target and thereby making it easier to track and hit. The Target Painter system can be installed as a module in Upwell technology structures. Penalty: Using more than one type of this module or similar modules that affect the same attribute on the ship will be penalized.
