1. How long will it take for me to receive my merchandise?

Orders placed between 9am and 9pm (21:00) GMT will usually be delivered in under two hours, more commonly in 15-30 minutes. If the game server is for some reason down, the delivery will obviously be delayed until such time that the server is back up.


2. How does the merchandise gets delivered?

Items such as implants, ships, etc. get delivered via the contracts. Typically we list such contracts in Jita, but can accommodate you in any system with 0.5 - 1.0 security rating, simply indicate the desired system along with your character name inside PayPal payment notes.

We transfer ISK in form of contract with PLEXes/minerals/other valued items at the station Jita IV - Moon 4 - Caldari Navy Assembly Plant only. You accept the contract, fly to Jita IV - Moon 4 - Caldari Navy Assembly Plant and instantly sell all the items from the contract at the local market. If for some reason your main character can't fly to Jita 4-4 make an alt character and move him/her to Jita 4-4 instead.


3. This is my first time on your site, how can I become your customer?

Simply fill out the registration form and make sure to list your REAL phone number for a verification phone call. It would also be preferable if you were to use the e-mail address that is registered with PayPal. Upon successful registration, pay for your merchandise. One of our operators will place a verification phone call to the number indicated on your registration form, and then will deliver the merchandise. The verification phone call is only made once to verify your information, and will not be needed for subsequent orders.


4. Why do you insist on calling me?

Basically this is done to ensure that you indeed are the person making the purchase & that you're indeed the owner of the PayPal account that is being used to make the payment. This is done to ensure your safety as well as reduce our liability to identity theft and credit card fraud. UNDER NO CIRCUMBSTANCES WILL YOU BE ASKED FOR PRIVATE PAYPAL OR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION, PASSWORDS, BANK ACCOUNT OR PIN NUMBERS!!!


5. What happens if after making my first purchase I don't become verified?

If we will not be able to verify your information, you'll have our apologies and a full, immediate refund. We regretfully will not be able to do business with you. This happens extremely rarely, only in cases serious suspicions arise to indicate possible foul play such as identity theft or a hijacked PayPal account. This is done for your protection as well as ours, in the spirit of being good citizens of the internet marketplace.


6. Can my EVE account get banned for purchasing merchandise from you?

While we can't provide you with a 100% guarantee in this matter, we take very stringent measures to guard the privacy of our customers and minimize any and all risk of unpleasant surprises.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

Presently we only accept PayPal and Direct Money transfer to our Bank account. In the future we're hoping to include other payment methods.


8. I've seen another similar site, and your prices appear a bit higher.

It might be possible to find same merchandise cheaper elsewhere, if you choose to go this route, we wish you luck and urge you to be cautious. We hope that you receive what you pay for and do not get ripped off; the web is quite full of less-then-honest people from those who do not have what they advertise to outright fraudsters.
